Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or equipment by a client shall be the client’s responsibility.

Payments made for bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on cancellation timing and operational costs already incurred.

The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in misconduct, illegal activity, or behavior that may negatively affect other travelers or staff members.

During the tour, photographs and videos may be captured by our team for documentation, promotional, and marketing purposes. By participating in the tour, you acknowledge and agree that such content may be used on our website, social media platforms, advertisements, brochures, and other promotional materials without additional compensation.
